All appointments must be paid at least 24 hours in advanced.

In order to provide the best service to all clients, all appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.

When booking a 12 week coaching package, an option exists to pay a 50% deposit 24 hours before the first scheduled session. The remaining balance is due before the fourth scheduled session.

Refunds for cancelled appointments will be returned through the original form of payment and initiated through the payment processor within 3 days.
